Missing Packages

In the event that your package says delivered on the merchant's end (eg. Amazon app, Shein app) and you have not received notification of the position of your item after 72 hours. Please take a screenshot of the delivery status and send it to our Help Desk. Please ensure that the items tracking number is visible, or clearly stated in the email, along with your Customer ID Number.


We will track down your item and inform you of both the reason you were not notified as well as how to proceed in retreiving the package.
